Vice President, People & Culture – Recruitment TeamA Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), Kourtney is an accomplished HR Executive with almost 15 years of experience leading, building, and sustaining highly effective HR teams. A key contributing committee member for the HRPA, Kourtney has extensive experience in private, public, and non-profit organizations ranging from healthcare to event management.
A leader in the HR community, Kourtney is very passionate about setting the human resources profession up for today, tomorrow, and the future. She is proud to have had the opportunity to mentor many HR professionals at various stages in their careers including those at the student level as a Professor of Human Resources at Sheridan College.
As the Author of “The HR Blueprint”, Kourtney leads struggling HR teams to the finish line, aligning them with purpose, passion, and shared common goals. She is an accomplished key note speaker and panelist for many organizations including the OLA, HRPA, and Conestoga College.
Kourtney graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Social Sciences and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from McMaster University. In the endless pursuit of education and knowledge, Kourtney has been awarded several industry certifications including Pay Equity, PROSCI, and Lean Six Sigma.
