Your Role in Our Journey:
As the HR & Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both our people and our day-to-day operations. Reporting to the President & CEO, you will provide administrative HR support, coordinate recruitment activities, maintain employee records, assist with office operations, support our culture initiatives, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for both staff and clients.
This position is ideal for someone who loves organization, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps everything running seamlessly.
Your Role in Action:
Human Resources Support
Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting roles, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding/offboarding processes
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR systems, and documentation
Support employee engagement initiatives, including recognition, social events, and internal communications
Assist with policy administration, compliance matters, and updating HR resources as needed
Respond to employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support with professionalism and discretion
Office Administration
Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-functioning and organized work environment
Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related vendors, maintenance requests, and equipment needs
Support facilities and logistics for hybrid work
Assist with planning in-office meetings, training sessions, and team events for both our team and our clients
Support our client teams onsite including registration support, greeting attendees, food and beverage coordination and more
Maintain administrative procedures and support continuous process improvements
Support monthly, quarterly and annual client reporting requirements
People & Culture Initiatives
Support the execution of training programs, employee surveys, and culture-building activities
Assist with DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) initiatives and internal engagement projects
Compile HR metrics and assist in preparing reports and presentation materials
Quality Control
Ensure all HR files, systems, documents, and communications are accurate, complete, and compliant with organizational standards
Follow a thorough administrative checklist to uphold Redstone’s quality expectations
You’ll Thrive in this Role if:
You hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field
You have 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, office administration, or a similar role
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy supporting employees and internal teams
You can handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
You take initiative, communicate clearly, and adapt easily in fast‑paced environments
Serious Bonus Points if:
You have experience working with professional associations, member-based organizations, or the not‑for‑profit sector
You have prior experience at an agency or in a hybrid work environment
You have experience with Canva and Microsoft 365
You are bilingual in English / French.
Compensation Expectations for the Role:
We believe in fair, transparent, and growth-focused compensation. Our salary bands are designed to ensure equity across roles (and internally), with most new hires starting at the lower end to allow room for development and progression. That said, we recognize and reward experience – strong, seasoned candidates may start higher within the band.
Starting Salary: $52,500 - $63,000
